Service Description

Come move and relax in the warmth of our space. The added heat (up to 85 to 95 degrees) will help us sweat out the stressors of the week and get deeper into stretches. This class will have a slow to mid pace flow and end in a longer savasana. Be sure to hydrate well the day of, dress in layers and bring a water bottle. All levels welcome. This is a 6 week series. Sign up for all 6 or come as a drop in.
