Service Description
Join Sarah for a 30 minute class focused on core strength. Class sequencing is broken into High Intensity Work Intervals with Low Intensity or Stretch Intervals (hiit) to counterstretch and provide muscle lengthening. We wear socks to complete this class to create fluid drag movement in the socks while moving across the floor. This class format is ideal for those looking to add Abs-focused routine to your workout schedule. This class is abs-olutely challenging but can be modified in intensity and body positioning to be accessible to all skill levels. Fuzzy socks are the best recommendation. While officially called "hot core", this is not a heated class. The heat comes from the fire within.
