

RESTORATIVE YOGA
ALL LEVELS WELCOME. A restful practice all about calming, relaxing, and healing YOU! Slow down and open your body through passive stretching. The body will be supported with bolsters, blocks, and blankets allowing it to relax and heal. Come join us for some much deserved stress relief. It's sure to become one of your favorite hours of your week!
HATHA YOGA
ALL LEVELS WELCOME. A yoga style that moves at a slower pace, holding poses for 1-3 minutes, with focus on breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Standing poses provide a little body weight strength training while floor work provides core strengthening. You'll leave feeling long and relaxed.

Zen Seated Stretch aka Chair Yoga
ALL LEVELS WELCOME. For those that struggle to get up and down off the floor, chair yoga is for you! It is performed with each student seated in a chair or standing holding the chair for support . It can move at a slower pace, be more upbeat, and an occasional weight has known to be used (aka water bottles). With focus on breath, controlled movements, and stretching. You will be surprised at the movement you can do in a chair to build strength and flexibility!
